Professional Policies


Subject to change without notice, but always for the benefit of the client:

 

1.    Property must be cleaned by a professional cleaning service provider before staging can begin.

2.    Constant communication about status of listing, between the Realtor and DFWSS is paramount.

3.    DFW Staging Solutions employees and suppliers will never enter any listing without permission from Realtor or Owner.

4.    DFW Staging Solutions must have access to vacant listings, occupied listings will supply digi-key codes, security alarm codes and/or keys for entry.

5.    All pets are to be secured, locked up, or be gone on Staging day (no exceptions).

6.    Any pet damage to DFWSS inventory will be charged to pet owner as replacement fee.

7.    Smoking is prohibited in rooms with DFWSS inventory.

8.    Payment is due at time of service.

9.    Five (5) day notice is required for removal of staging inventory.

10.  DFWSS requests a 48 hour cancellation notice, please.

11.  Lien can be placed on property for non-payment.

12.  DFWSS will be happy to come in before a showing to verify the property is showing at it’s best.

13.  DFWSS signage is to be in place during staging tenure and will be removed when inventory is removed, or the property is sold, depending on circumstance of listing.
